Having had an extensive career in Learning and Development, Carrie now leads this for IRIS Connect, since 2014. Her role is to ensure that our customers and staff receive the training solutions and support needed. Carrie is passionate about influencing the development, health and well-being of those around her; as well as supporting those within the company she is also a part time Transformation Coach.
